Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.

All clothing orders over $100 SHIP FREE!

Please note the subtotal must be greater than or equal to $100 in order to be eligible for free shipping. Taxes and other fees do not apply.

Fast shipping 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excludes Saturday Sunday and holidays) Expect to receive your package 2-3 business days after the order is processed and shipped.  Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Posh Pearl is not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Please contact your carrier.

All orders will receive tracking information. If your order is showing delivered and it was not received then please contact your local carrier.

Posh Pearl is not responsible if the correct address is not provided during checkout. If we receive a package back due to an incorrect or undeliverable address then it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost once the package is received. If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to an incorrect address, Posh Pearl will not be held responsible.

Posh Pearl is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for information regarding those issues and tracking information. Once the package leaves Posh Pearl and is in the hands of the carrier, Posh Pearl is not responsible.

The Company Salon is Pascagoula, MS is also offered as a pickup location. Address is 3407 Ingalls Ave. Pascagoula, MS 39581 *To pickup at The Company Salon, choose local pickup and then type company salon in order special instructions box, order will still show pickup  at Posh Pearl but as long as typed in box we will know the pickup location.

Pickup orders ready in same to next day at Posh Pearl. 

Pickup orders ready in 2-4 days at The Company Salon.

You will get a notification via email when your order is ready for pickup or tagged on Facebook post.. Please pick up items within 7 business days.
