Refund policy
14 day return policy for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
All return items must be in the same condition that you received it. (Unworn/unused/no stains/tags attached/original packaging. No items with makeup or self tanner stains will be accepted. You will also need receipt or proof of return.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to return your package. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
Posh Pearl is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
Original and return shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive items for return processing.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines as stated above, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
ONLY REGULAR PRICED clothing items are eligible for return for a store credit. Items that are NOT eligible for return are jewelry, shoes, headbands/hair accessories/hats, sunglasses, makeup bags, bags, beach bags, glass platters, belts, swim suits, home decor and gift cards. These items are FINAL SALE. Any items that are purchased during a sale offered at 30% or greater or are on our "SALE" or "LAST ONES" section are also considered FINAL SALE.
Online Credit
If your return is approved you will be issued store credit within 5 business days via the email provided. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at poshpearlreturns@gmail.com
